Speaker acknowledges RCIGM will reimburse them for economy class airfare to San Diego International Airport (SAN); provide hotel accommodations at Hotel La Jolla; authorize transportation to and from hotel including taxi, Uber/Lyft or rental car; and authorize 50% per diem meal allowance for travel days and full per diem meal allowance for each day of conference attendance. Speaker reimbursement documents with original receipts must be submitted to RCIGM within 60 days of concluded travel.
